Before you place the order, We suggest you refer to our size chart and measurement guides to choose your correct size or color. This will save you time on returns and exchanges. All our dresses are true to size chart. If standard size does not suit you, Please give us your measurements, our custom size service is free.
Return Process:
1) If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns for items within 3 days of delivery date. Email us at vickidress@outlook.com.
After you received your item, please check it right way, and try on as soon as possible without removing the tags, altering, or washing the dress. We have 3 days requirement. That's enough time for you to make sure the item is well made and fit you!
2) Please include your order number and explain why you want to return and include photos or video.
3) Once Customer Service has approved your request, please send the item back to us as soon as possible. Also email us the shipping information:
a）Photos of the package you send back;
b) Tracking number;
PS:All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags and packaging and without any perfume.Or we can not refund.

4) Once received at our facility, your return will be processed immediately.
PS: As for the return shipping cost, you had to pay for it by yourself. We do not accept any return if our product is used or damaged.
And we do not have try on situation return. We do not accept return that purchase two or three or more products to try them on and just need one, would live to return the rest back)
Cancellation:
Cancel within 7 days, you will get 100% refund;
While more than 7 days, you will get 70% refund. Hope you can understand that fabric,workmanship and time we used on the dress.
Once an order has been shipped it can't be canceled.
