The skirt is as fluffy as in the picture, and the floral chiffon feels great and very soft, I love it!
I was nervous ordering online as things always tend to be too short for a taller people. They cut the skirt to my height, and it met all my expectations and perfect fit, not too short. Did not disappoint!!
